I discovered yoga more than 15 years ago during a hot Bikram yoga class — and it was love at first practice. What started as curiosity quickly became an important part of my everyday life.
After completing my 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training, I also had the chance to spend time in the mountains of Nepal, where I found deeper inspiration in the roots and traditions of yoga. It was there that I first encountered the calming sound of singing bowls and brought some home with me.
Today, I teach Hatha-inspired yoga classes in Buchs, Switzerland. My classes are held in English and are open to both beginners and more experienced students.
I like to create classes that feel supportive, grounding, and enjoyable at the same time — combining strengthening, stretching, balance, mobility, and relaxation. My goal is not perfection, but helping people reconnect with their bodies, slow down a little, and leave the class feeling better than when they arrived.
Every session ends with relaxation and the calming sound of the singing bowl — a small ritual that helps you fully unwind before stepping back into everyday life.
Classes
Breath-led movement with calm energy.
Personal guidance tailored to your needs.
You are very welcome.
My classes are open to both beginners and experienced students, and I always offer options for different levels. You don't need to be flexible, strong, or "good at yoga" to join.
The focus is not on perfection, but on moving with awareness, feeling more connected to your body, and enjoying the practice at your own pace. If it's your first class, I'll help guide you through the movements and make sure you feel comfortable.
Schedule
There are a few parking spaces next to the building, but if they are full, you'll find a large free parking area about 150 meters further down the road, on the right-hand side after Altendorferstrasse 38.

Definitely not. Flexibility is something that develops over time through regular practice. You can start yoga exactly as you are.
My classes are Hatha-inspired and combine strengthening, stretching, mobility, balance, breath awareness, and relaxation. The pace is mindful and supportive, with space to slow down and reconnect with your body.

Yes, there is space to change before and after class. Please note that there are no shower facilities available at the studio.
That is completely okay. Yoga is not about performing poses perfectly. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and choose the variation that feels right for you.
The classes are kept relatively small, which allows for a more personal and relaxed atmosphere.
Many students join yoga to move more, release tension, improve mobility, and create a little space to slow down from everyday stress. While every experience is different, yoga can be a great support for both body and mind.
